Here are two offerings I have currently.
I love yoga and in particular, I love yoga that brings me right back into myself, lots of time down on the mat, where I can take it slow and melt into the poses in my own timing. When I found Yin Yoga, after a lifetime of loving yoga, I felt like I had come home. In Yin we only go to 60-70% of our capacity so that we can rest and melt into the poses over a few minutes. We slow right down. If you have any sort of chronic illness, and especially just fatigue and stress, this can be so good.
This workshop has evolved from my many years learning to look after my own body, while I went through some challenging circumstances, at the same time as going through peri-menopause and menopause. We will look at a range of ideas and you will resonate with some of them in particular and learn to integrate them into your onw life after the workshop. The workshop will be a mix of yoga, meditation and rest, and learning and discussing.
